Technical workshop at Laimburg Research Centre

Thursday, August 9th 2018, workshop at the Laimburg Research Centre, Ora (BZ) Italy.

On Thursday, August 9th 2018 during the presentation of the experimental activities in grapevine and fruit organic orchards, organized by Fondazione Edmund Mach, San Michele all’Adige (Enzo Mescalchin) and by Centro di Sperimentazione Laimburg, Vadena  (Markus Kelderer), over 200 producers and technicians attended the seminar and the field visit.  

The project DOMINO was presented at the Laimburg Research Centre, Ora (BZ) Italy by Markus Kelderer. Serena Polverigiani, Matteo Zucchini, Jebu Mia and the project coordinator Davide Neri (Università Politecnica delle Marche) showed the project approach and activities and the first results achieved whit the application of living mulching in apricot and vineyard. Thomas Holtz showed the data collected at the Laimburg Research Centre about the use of rainproof nets (Keep-in-Touch®) indicating encouraging results in fungal diseases control.
During the field trip all the stakeholder had chance to visit and discuss the DOMINO trials.
